Dunno... it might make for an interesting plot development. And to tell 
the truth, not all of the apartment building in Domu collapsed, but heck 
of a lot of it did.

Correct.

Not sure how to do that with the VPP. I do know that Shion & Ran will be 
getting it placed on their MP and VPP respectivly. But then, I've 
established their power levels early on, and we know both of them tend to 
wreck things quickly when using their powers. Wait... (DUH! *slaps 
forehead*) for Raven, place it on the VPP and make it a -0 Limitation. 
There, problem solved.
