In the same vein as Jamie and Jeff, I'll continue with my part of the 
introductions.

My name is William Jordan, although people know me better by my 
net/fannish "handle" Logan (inconsequential story involving fandom and 
gaming). I answer to both.

I'm also a carryover from the original Kazei 5 PBEM game. And my 
character is Lora Doubet, a full body combat cyborg in the mold of Kiddy 
Phenil/Blue Sonnet/Alita/Motoko Kusanagi. Like those anime cyborgs, she 
is strong, fast, resistant to damage, and tough. Although if she _does_ 
take damage, she can't heal it, and has to be repaired. Despite all of 
this (or maybe because of it), she's one of the most "normal" 
personalities in the stories.

She is also _technically_ an esper, although she has no active powers, 
and is a classic example of why cyber and Psi don't co-exist comfortably 
in the K5 world. It's generally accepted that her cyber-prosthetic body 
dampened or blunted any esper talents she had to unuseability. The one 
power she still can use reliably isn't even a "power" it's the sense 
that other espers have for each other. She can sense other espers and 
the powers they are using reliably. But some of those same powers cause 
her discomfort, like mental "fingernails on chalkboard".

She HATES being teleported...

She was a security//special ops agent for Shiroko Tsuhi before both she 
and Raven "left" the corporation after S-T got a sudden case of control 
freakery regarding their esper talent pool. She had a good friendship 
with Raven and helped her get the esper children out of the Zone and 
away from Jinsei Corporation during their "Zone War".

Nobody has seen her in the 5 years since then...
