[K5pbem] Re-starting the PBEM

Hong Kong sounds like the best choice to me. It's been well-established in 
PBEM writings so far, and has a very diverse character that should allow 
innumerable opportunities for new character ideas. Added to that, it's 
similar enough to Neo York that players can easily adapt, but different 
enough to make the change notable and worthwhile.

Of course, there's nothing saying that old characters can't have moved to 
Hong Kong - in fact, with the state of Neo York when we broke up, it would 
seem to be a very wise decision. In fact, the Mandarin Towers would serve as 
an excellent community point for re-starting the game - if several charaters 
lived there, it would be easy for them to start interacting and getting to 
know each other.
