Agree.

It sounds to me like we already have pretty much agreed on that. But just to
reaffirm my vote: yes, I think Hong Kong should be the primary focus city of
the "new" K5 PBEM.

I certainly agree that the new stories need to be at least somewhat
seperated from the old stories, given the change in time and setting. GM's
discretion as to whether or not to reset the turn count. I'm worried that
doing so might tend to mentally distance us from the previous K5 run more
than we want to.

Yes, I think it should be SOP for every character to have a 5th Ed. HERO
System character sheet.
Also, there was the question of whether or not the character sheet should be
posted. Although I think each character need to have a profile posted, as
before, I do not think the character sheets should be part of it. Some
players may have elements of thier characters they want to reveal over time
in the stories, that would be exposed if the character sheet was posted.
That was the case with Shoko, for instance, when I first started running
her. Perhaps we could instead have an optinal link to the character sheet
from character's profile page?
>> Okay. I am asking. What needs to be done?
Well, the introduction needs to be rewritten to reflect the new setting and
current style of game play. In particular, the Gameplay examples may need to
be altered to reflect the relative lack of GM involment with the stories
each turn.
Also, the list of corporations needs to be updated. Jinsei and several other
major corporations aren;t even reflected on it right now.
Although you have a map of Hong Kong, it is pretty basic; you might want to
do a more detailed one, perhaps one that points out some of the more notable
points of interest (such as the Mandarin Apartments, Jam's restaurant, and
the Lu Ch'ian casino). There should probably be a "Places" list for Hong
Kong similar to the one you have for the Neo York Zero Zone. In fact, we are
going to need more detail on Hong Kong in general. As just one example, we
know about Neo York's NYPD Inc., but we know nothing of how law enforcement
is handled on Hong Kong. I suggest you may want to review the sort of info
you currently have posted on Neo York and the Zero Zone, and try to develop
similar background info for Hong Kong.
