[K5pbem] My Thoughts On Restarting the K5 PBEM

I had a lot of ideas as to what was *about* to happen, but I'll need to run 
them by Mike first. They (I think) produce a rather different atmosphere for 
the game and world down the line, but it may be too radical a change to 
follow them through.
