A minor note, that has cropped up in development of the Kazei 5  
history -- the Second Civil War is a direct result of Hurricane  
Katrina, as well as Hurricane Rita and the after effects of the  
multiple major hurricanes that hit Florida in 2004. Imagine is many  
of the rumors are true -- New Orleans really did have 10,000+  
casualties.
