Sounds fun. Isaac wont be needing esper weapons and mercs yet anyway, hes just looking to see whos avalable. 
   
  Korey however, could be v. helpful at this stage. If you want to go ahead with this Jamie then at the end of this turn sort of time Korey can be recieving a message from Izzaak. It will contain:
  -A project serial number and brief description of the sort of equipment that is being used
-Locations of know Kagura Labs in and around Hong Kong
  -The Mission, which is to find where the experiment is happening and then 'case' the facility. Geting details nessassery to get covert, and not so covert, entry to the place, so security and stuff.
  -An offer of payment, to be negotiated later if nessessary, which will be quiet considerable.
   
  The message will be pretty much untracable, haveing been routed through numerous systems, some of which have since been destroyed. He will supply a means to let him know wether Korey accepts the job and we can go from there.

You're forgetting Korey's Latent Karin-Oh-hell-stuff-blew-up-again factor
when you place her adn Vivian together.
