The in-game Crey Industries is an interesting cross between comic-book 
style and cyberpunk corporate motivations. Think of the attitude of 
Jinsei, but with access to some seriously WEIRD SCIENCE. They were a 
natural thematic tie-in and bridge for me to bridge Lora's background 
from Kazei 5 to Paragon City.

Of course, Lora having been exposed to some of that weird supertech (and 
comic book physics!) in that world means she's developed her physical 
capabilities in certain ways that are way in excess of what she can do 
in K5.

It's a REALLY fun game. Just wish you could play it. They don't make a 
version for the Macintosh yet. :(

Incidentally, have I mentioned that my job of late has been doing DSL 
tech support for Macintosh users, and that in the process I've become 
VERY impressed with the Mac as a system? I mean, I kinda assumed that in 
some ways it was a better system. But once you get past the initial 
learning curve of getting used to a new system, it's damn surprising how 
frigging EASY and intuitive OS X is to work with. I've been telling my 
dad, who's had bad luck with computers over the last few years, that his 
next purchase really needs to be a Mac. If I had more disposable income 
than I do, I'd get one as an alternative and backup system.
