[K5pbem] Some comments from the GM

Okay, here's a new pitch, ditch the clones and the screwed up created to be perfect weapon schitick and try this one for my character. First off remember that cartoon Buzz Lightyear from Star Command well Buzz had this side kick called Mira Nova, a Tangean who had all sorts of mind powers and desolidification well in their home planet only nobles could do that while peasants couldn't but some peasants evolved into something called "Grounders" wherein they had the ability to cancel out Noble powers. Well I though if humans were evolving into high powered espers why couldn't they mutate into something that worked against them. 
   
  Say proposed character's parents carried the esper gene but did not manifest in them. Then character has really bad experience with an Esper using mind effects or something approximating to that which triggers his awakening as an Esper but with a different set of powers. Instead of utilizing effects effects his mind works to keep those out and to nullify thenm completely thus his powers will focus almost soley on Mental Defense, Dispel and Supress against other Espers with no mind effects whatsoever and a small smattering of physical effects like Force Wall and Telekenisis, coupled with some solid hardware and back up from Kagura Securities he's built to be a real anti-esper weapon in the same way the Sentinels were designed to knock out mutants in X-Men.
