off remember that cartoon Buzz Lightyear from Star Command well Buzz had
this side kick called Mira Nova, a Tangean who had all sorts of mind
powers and desolidification well in their home planet only nobles could
do that while peasants couldn't but some peasants evolved into something
called "Grounders" wherein they had the ability to cancel out Noble
powers. Well I though if humans were evolving into high powered espers
why couldn't they mutate into something that worked against them.
They might, but realize that espers have only really been around since the
1950s, and high-powered ones have only really existed since... oh... the
1990s. I'm not sure someone is going to "evolve" into a counter that fast.

manifest in them. Then character has really bad experience with an Esper
using mind effects or something approximating to that which triggers his
awakening as an Esper but with a different set of powers. Instead of
utilizing effects effects his mind works to keep those out and to nullify
thenm completely thus his powers will focus almost soley on Mental
Defense, Dispel and Supress against other Espers with no mind effects
whatsoever and a small smattering of physical effects like Force Wall and
Telekenisis, coupled with some solid hardware and back up from Kagura
Securities he's built to be a real anti-esper weapon in the same way the
Sentinels were designed to knock out mutants in X-Men.
Personally, my gut reaction is "no" this doesn't fit the concept of how I
see espers, especially anime/K5 espers.
