Well the idea has merit as it is a natural reaction of any persecuted group to eventually band together to fight their oppressors though I doubt she'll be able to make much headway with corporate espers and will have to do much of her recruiting with the newer younger espers sort of like the Gold Faction Sidreals in White Wolf's Exalted RPG.
