No problem, it was just a concept pitch. Anyways I'd like to make a mild alteration to my character in light of the Hong Kong info you just added, I'd like to make him a full fledged Kagura employee assigned to the Hong Kong division. 
   
  Max Steel is a CG cartoon character from the same company that produced the Starship Troopers and Heavy Gear CG cartoons and maybe Action Man too. Anyways he's a teenager that uses nano-tech enchancements to basically do a mix of James Bond and Kusanagi stuff all over the world as part of some UN funded secret anti-terrorist force.
