You are correct Esper's, Cyborgs, and Upgrades all have DF of varying
levels. In addition cyberware has a 1/4 limitation cyberware, Mike
can talk to that.
A question for Mike would be if cyberware and upgrades are that
common, should it really be a DF?
(Personally I'm rather disgusted with Batgod, but that's kinda irrevelant.)
