A minor, but potentially useful aspect is the point of view. A lot of
enhanced characters, be they upgrades, ESPers, cyborgs or what have you,
have a lot of faith and confidence in their abilities - and many have
strayed into the realm of overconfidence. Rather than falling into those
same pitfalls, an intelligent natural knows his limitations and can better
plan to make use of the skills and abilities he has. Such a character could,
in a pssible versus situation, take advantage of whatever limitations his
opponent may ignore - targeting cybernetcs with microwave or electrical
attacks, goading and fooling an upgrade into over-reaching and exposing
themselves, or running and evading an ESPer while they drain themselves and
leave them vulnerable. Not to mention the sheer flexibility provided by a
buttload of points invested into skill levels or gadget pools (or similar).
