Very interesting. Lots of built in plot seeds as well (overhears a 
conspiracy, corp wants to grab themselves a telepath, etc).

Does she go for the EGO+20 "Invisible" level, or do her targets know that 
they've been telepathically contacted?

Might be fun to have rumors of an invasive telepath going around the streets 
of Hong Kong, with mistaken identities and gang-backed witch hunts. :)

Generally her 'subconcious' telepathy will be at the EGO+20 level, but when 
she needs a deeper scan, she wouldn't use it. That being said, it's a hard 
call to say if your average joe on the street would know what telepathic 
contact feels like in the first place. No doubt there would be a lot of 'odd 
feelings' around her, giving her a certain bad reputation.
