  okay, not quite the same layout but I hope it gets the point across. My character is Isaac Barr, aka Izzaak Tremeri. hope you enjoy.

  Izzaak Tremeri is a young hacker from southern Italy, who hates the mega corps.
  Izzaak Tremeri had a sister, who was born a so called 'esper'.
  Izzaak Tremeri was among those who brought about the end of the Kensington Project in revenge for what they did to that sister.
  Izzaak Tremeri is a driven young man who will not allow what happened to his sister to happen to anyone again.
  Izzaak Tremeri is a good man.
  

  Izzaak Tremeri is a lie. A persona created by the scientist, Isaac Barr, once head of the Kensington Experiment. All his records and memories are a mask worn to deceive you into do the bidding of a madman.

  thought for the day: No one is really innocent
  As requested, I am supplying a summary of my findings so far on the case of Dr Isaac Barr, previously head of the Kensington Project.
  Subject Background and Personal History:
  Born in 2008, Dr Barr seems to have been the recipient of what was then still experimental and highly illegal in vitro genetic enhancement. When pressed, his parents claimed they wished their child to have an edge in the difficult employment market that was developing at that time. As with many subjects of these early experiments the enhancement process was imperfect, granting many of the advantages of modern enhanced humans, but with certain mutations, which in Dr Barr's case seem to have taken the form of some severe mental problems.

  Dr Barr came to our attention after he designed the Cybernetic Interface Node (CIN), while still in University. This invention allowed the long suffering Kensington Project to begin making real progress, and led to our approaching Dr Barr with an offer of Lab Assistant on the Project. It is somewhat surprising that no note has been made previously concerning his rapid rise to project manger. At this time the project was still receiving funds from a number of companies, our own among them, and Dr Barr was granted near total autonomy. I attach files of the project budget which I advice Accountancy look over in detail as I suspect Dr Barr may well have embezzled a substantial amount during this period. 
  The growing success of the project finally led to our company acquiring the project in its entirety to ensure our exclusive control of the team's findings. The troubles with Dr Barr began when we attempted to place the project under the control of another more experienced scientist <see ref 'personnel/specialists/cybernetics/Dr_Calsoon'>. Dr Barr's mental deficiency had led to him grow overly attached to the project, to the point that he believed it belonged to him in some fashion. The resulting destruction seems to have been caused by the uncontrolled activation of the KID System, something we can assume only Dr Barr was capable of at this point, as the surviving security footage indicates that he had already killed the rest of the senior research staff and many technicians.
  Dr Barr disappears from our records at this time, forcing me to track him to United North America, where he spent some eight weeks in the New York Zero Zone. While here he appears to have undergone some sort biological modification in an underground lab. The exact nature of this modification is uncertain, though reports that he lost his arm in the destruction of the project give some indication as to his purpose. 
  During his stay Jinsei began its now infamous invasion of the Zero Zone. It seems the staff working on him were killed when a large section of the facility was collapsed in the fighting. How Dr Barr survived and then escaped is unknown at this time, though the absence of any body matching his description or genetic makeup indicates that he did survive. 
  Dr Barr's current location is unknown at this time. Our current lead indicates that a ticket was bought using money from an account we know to have been his, and so I am heading to Hong Kong, the tickets destination, to investigate further. It seems likely that he has somehow gained knowledge of our attempts to recreate the project in our labs there, and as such I recommend a step in security at those facilities.
  Subject's Personality and Motivation:
  Dr Barr appears suffer from borderline Sociopathy, and Obsessive tendencies. He seems to have no sense of, or at least of interest in, the moral or legal rights of others, and will use, harm and kill others without hesitation. He is extremely intelligent and charismatic, allowing him to manipulate others to serve his wishes with ease. 
  At this time Dr Barr's prime motivation seems to be ensuring that no-one else is in a position to work on or utilise the Kensington Experiment, due to his possessive belief that it belongs to him. In a larger sense Dr Barr seems driven by his creative urges. He is known to have created a number of inventions while working on KIDS, most of which had little or nothing to do with the project. It is possible that we can use this fact to help in tracking him down, as many of his inventions needed unusual components.

  The Subjects known Tactics and Abilities
  Dr Barr is know to be capable of building a wide range of items. At this time we have no evidence of any ability with manufacturing weapons, though this may well change. When pressed the Dr has usually shown a tendency to think his way out of a problem. His actions before activating the KIDS indicates that he is capable of acts of extreme violence. He can be expected to be either very cautious or wildly impulsive, often both in quick succession, making him unpredictable.
  His lack of direct combat experience leads me to believe that he will try to avoid getting into combat himself, but will rely on others, either hired or coerced into helping him, to act for him. In the unlikely event that he is forced into a combat situation we can expect him to be capable of basic use of most weapons or unarmed combat, as well as a broad knowledge of human anatomy that could prove dangerous. I recommend that any team sent to retrieve him be heavily armoured, but only lightly armed. They should be warned to anticipate any improvised weapons he might try to employ.
  Appearance:
  Dr Barr is 6'3" and Caucasian. He has blue eyes, sometimes described as grey, and black hair that he is usually observed wearing at shoulder length. He is deemed to be attractive and of indeterminate age, appearing somewhere between early 20s and late 30s, depending on posture and clothing. He has several jacks in the base of his skull that are normally hidden by his hair and an array of sub-dermal circuitry that will glow faintly when over taxed by excessive charge. At this time he may have only one arm or may have replaced it with a cloned limb or a cybernetic replacement.
  A final note here. Dr Barr's appearance may well not fit this description anymore, as the above mentioned biological modification may have altered his body a face substantially. Additionally Dr Barr was known to dye his hair a range of colours, further complicating matters. 
  Closing Notes:
  Although genetically enhanced, Dr Barr does not fit the standard 'package' for an enhanced human. He lacks the enhanced strength and speed that is typically displayed, and additionally seems to possess a substantially greater boost in mental processes, likely leading to his mental instabilities. He is likely immune to many diseases, but not most biological weapons. His life span is uncertain.
