Why yes, yes she is!

I'm sure that her connection to Raven would somehow to come up at some
point...

Hmmm...I could definetly see the sinking of the boat being accidental.
Vivian get in a fight while down in the bowels of the ship, uses her powers
(alogn with their destructive side-effects) a little excessively while
defending herself and you guys, and next thing she knows she's finds herself
knee-deep in rising water...
Yes, I'd be up for that. Sounds fun! One thing, though: at this moment,
Vivian is a complete unknown who hasn't advertised her existance yet.
Mathieu and I are about to start another story together, which will get
Vivian "on the market", so to speak -- but I'm sure the full story won't be
posted until turn 2. I'd be happy to start working on this boating casino
story with you now, Jamie, but chronologically it would have to occur after
the other story I just mentioned, which means publication no earlier than
turn 2. Truthfully, it sounds like a big enough story that I doubt we would
have had it done in time for this turn anyway; but I just want to make sure
you aren't counting on it to be a turn 1 story.
Go ahead an e-mail me you reply privately, Jamie, I think we can take this
discussion off-list at this point.
