My intention was for her to be a touch older - rather how Robin looks, 
instead of what her age is listed as. That being said, they are fairly close 
in age - certainly closer to each other than to many of the other new 
characters.

I think they would, although Ilsa would still be wary telling anyone about 
her powers. Of course, since they tend to fire off at random, she gives off 
a powerful signature occaisionally, and would have a very hard time denying 
it to Vivian or Raven. I suspect those two have already noticed another 
Esper in the building - it's possible they may search her out. She's 
generally not up for combat missions unless she's feeling particularly bold 
(or is bolstered by someone else's bravado), but would most definitely want 
to help out for information gathering or fact-finding missions.

And of course, Raven may be interested in another Esper recruit of her 
own...
