Inspector Frank Shou walks authoritatively into the room, cigarette  dangling 
from his lips.
 
"Well, as a representative of the police, I think I can add a measure of  
officialdom to this, um, endeavor. I hereby volunteer to personally confirm the  
ratings presented as accurate."
 
He tosses the cigarette to the floor and rubs his hands in anticipation.  
"So, line up, ladies!"
 
Five minutes later, Frank emerges from the room sporting an amazing variety  
of cuts, bruises, and assorted contusions.
 
"Ouch! Ok, I'm putting that one in my "bad ideas" list..."
 
He limps down the hall, muttering.

Shina Arakawa (a tie  with Ling Ling, see the art of Koyori in the

Average  Genetic Upgrade (it has been stated one side effect of an  
upgrade is  a larger bust for women)
Average Lynx (there is, of course, a lot of  variation here)
Raven Clark
Sandra Blackmore (who is said to look a like  Seras Victora from the  
neck down)

Kitten (then again,  she's a cyborg, and can have most any figure she  
wants)
Marta Nys  (even with all the fitness training she does, is still   
stacked)
Sarah J Ferrari (same general build as Marta -- see her  gallery art)
