Shion Nys is working with certain other epsers to develop what will 
eventually become the "Esper Foundation," an organization dedicated to 
improving the lot of espers the world over. This includes training them, 
finding them, and developing their powers -- with the intent of keeping 
epsers out of the greedy hands of multi-nationals and letting the epsers 
decide their own fate.
